May 21 CANCELLED!!!!!!!!!!!!Many apologies BUT this weekends meeting and practice has had to be cancelled due to the excessive rain which has fallen in the county over the last 24hours.
A severe storm with hail and heavy rain has finished off any chance we may have had of running you the first class meeting you deserve... we know the forecast for the weekend is excellent however, the track is so wet it has no chance of recovering for the weekend.
WEM MXC May 19 This weekendTrack conditions are currently very good despite the rain over the last few days, A new rythm section has been created plus a new section of track added, the jumps have been refaced ready for the meeting. Paddock conditions are excellent.
The club have proposed a venue of Goldstone Hall http://www.goldstonehall.com/ for this seasons presentation evening, we are hoping to secure a top UK rider to present the awards, which will consist of over 50 trophies at a cost of £25 per person

May 08 THIS MONTH AT WEM MXCMay 24th is the next meeting at Tunstall Hall Raceway, the club have been working hard to get the track into top racing condition, refacing the jumps, grading, stone picking and other bits and bobs, such as improving access for watering to minimise delays on raceday.
The track and paddock are in excellent dry condition and any rain we have leading up to the meeting should not spoil our meeting.
Trophies are to 10th in the Inter junior races and 5th in all adult classes, we also have the Tony Johnson memorial award to give, which is given to the highest scoring WEM MXC member at this meeting..in addition to the race programme we have an INTER JUNIOR CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS race, kindy sponsored by RACE-WORLD.COM in this winner takes all race £100 to spend at RACE-WORLD.COM is up for grabs!!!!
On Wednesday 27th May, which is the week after our meeting, we have a practice day at Tunstall Hall Raceway, if anyone wishes to get involved in this then they need to email Claire mbenn67@hotmail.com or ring on 07522643733. the practice will be broken up into sessions according to ability paddock opens at 9am and finishes at around 4:30pm
