    TONIGHTS CLUB MEETING

TONIGHTS CLUB MEETING IS AT WEM AND NOT AT TUNSTALL HALL TRACK.

    October 08

    Tunstall Hall 19th October

The next meeting at Tunstall Hall will have trophies down to 5th in all classes apart from the Inter Juniors, who will have trophies down to 10th as usual and medals for all Inters who take part in the event.

There have been a few changes to the track, the whoops have had some small alterations, at present 90% of the track is dry, the old start straight is a bit wet but we will cut that section out if needed as it is only a small part of the track.

We have decided not to run the track in the opposite direction, this is something we will consider for next season.

For this meeting, due to problems we have experianced with camping we have decided to enforce the following ground rules at this, and at future events:

    Generators off by 10:30
    No noise after 10:30
Children, including teenagers, to be back at their vans/tents by 10:00pm
Dogs on leads AT ALL TIMES

If someone from the club has to speak to someone about breaking these rules and the behaviour continues the offender will be banned from riding on Sunday, remember as riders you are responsible for anyone you bring with you to camp, so if one of your guests break the rules it will be you that is penalised.
We know this sounds a bit grumpy BUT as a club we do not wish to loose Tunstall as a venue due to camping issues, nor do we feel it is fair that people who are preparing to race/work for the day to run a meeting should be disturbed late at night.
