Attached is a provisonal fixture list for 2009, the list will be finalised next Tuesday at Group Meeting.

Next club meeting is on 26th January, as we have no meetings to sign on for yet.

At next club night it would be nice to have feedback about the presentation evening and ask what sort of event you would like this year to allow us to start to plan it in advance. Consider the entertainment, food, location, awards and who presents the awards, would you like a top rider to come and give the awards , would you like to have more/less awards?? any suggestions for awards such as wally of the year etc.. anything to add something to the evening would be nice.

If anyone is interested in being a steward for this season there are various course available at the AMCA offices over the next few weeks, please let one of the committe know at club.

Finally, membership is now open to non members, therefore if you are a current member who has not yet signed up for club you are in danger of loosing your place, please try to ensure this doesn't happen by ensuring you join for this season ASAP.

Meetings begin again tonight at 8PM, we will be taking membership applications, once a signed up member of the club you will then be able to take a licence form for 2009.

 

Membership is now open to new members, not just members from last year, you need to be quick with your application as the group as a whole is quite full, last season the North Shropshire- North Wales group had the highest number of event entries in the AMCA.

 

Tonight we will also be able to inform members of the fixture list for next season, and give information about this seasons presentation evening and other club developments
